根据天下霸唱小说《鬼吹灯》系列之《龙岭迷窟》、《云南虫谷》、《昆仑神宫》改编的三部曲电影将于2016年下半年正式开机。并预计于2017、2018、2019年每年一部全球同步公映。本次拍摄的《龙岭迷窟》、《云南虫谷》、《昆仑神宫》三部曲电影为《鬼吹灯》前四部当中的三部，而三部电影都将由导演非行执导。
